Nada

‘Star(Wars)chitect’

Nada Maktari is a British-Yemeni RIBA Architectural Designer and Artist in London, UK. Nada recently completed her Masters in Architecture (MArch) at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. She completed her undergraduate degree in BA Architecture at the University of Westminster in 2020. She has years of experience within the architectural field, including working with Farrells, Makespace, and Stephenson&. Nada also mentors undergraduate Architecture students at universities as well as attending as a regular guest critic.

As an Artist, Nada enjoys integrating architectural aspects and compositions from popular features in film, using them as a driving narrative within her work. She released licensed prints for productions including 'Dune' with Bottleneck Gallery and 'Blade Runner 2049' for Vice Press News. Her latest work was for 'Dune: Part Two' with WarnerBros and Empire Magazine. Nada is also a member of The Poster Posse. Nada enjoys engaging within both the architecture and art fields on social media, remaining an active participant for other aspiring architects and artists.
