The Barbican's Zen

Exploring the theme of rituals within the Barbican, this building hosts a Zen meditation centre, bringing the outside in with courtyard spaces and bridging the act of walking and harmonising the circulation.

Set in Lauderale Place, the meditation centre is designed one level above ground, overlooking the residential gardens and towards the Barbican Centre.
